-cont'd... I decided to initially buy only three months of IPTV service for my mom's IPTV box as it also provided some of the European channels that my mom enjoys watching. The emails between the CompTechToGo customer service and myself was about 7 hours from the point of purchasing the service to full activation. I was completely sold on this level of service and support. The day when everything was up and running at my mom's home, I had spent several hours watching an amazing choice of programs while gently enrolling my mom into this specter of wonderful entertainment. It was not too long when she announced and asked me why we did not do this earlier as her choice of viewable entertainment had grown ten-fold and she was loving it. I can only reply that it was my mistake that I thought my mom was not enough of a nerd. Obviously, this was a new lesson for me. As a result of this amazing experience, I had purchased another IPTV box for my family with the same IPTV service package but this time I went with a 12-month subscription. My 22 yo and 24 yo sons now want their own IPTV box for their rooms. I will indulge them with the request but they will be paying for all the service and the new hardware.
